Calin Netzer and Razvan Radulescu’s project, Overdraft won one of the development grants offered by the Romanian National Film Centre (CNC). Overdraft tells the story of a couple, Traian Vişan (a civil engineer and project manager for a construction company) and Elena Brătilă (assistant at the Academy of Music). Their relationship (which was already on the edge) turns for the worse when Elena decides to go to a psychoanalyst.
