Weddings, Musics and Videotapes is a 52 min documentary film shot on HD about another side of the wedding industry in Romania, about its creative forces, the artists who are active participants at ceremonies and their aesthetics. - Mixture of cine-verite style, interviews and real footage taken from the weddings; a combination of amateur real footage depicting e.g several visual approaches of how to film and edit a wedding.

Behind-the-scenes portrait of the creatives who are behind the weddings-the Cameramen(acting also as a director & editor), the PHOTOGRAPHERS and the singers/bands or the DJ's.

Film will have 5-6 key characters (described below)and 10-12 supporting ones. We'll follow their stories and personal experiences in relation with weddings. 1-2 film critics will analyze, too the different editing styles used by our heroes. By interviewing all these people, we'll travel all around Romania, so film will capture all sorts of different feelings and impressions coming from Moldavia, Transylvania or Bucharest area.

A voice-over will lead us through the film but key point will be all sorts of music used especially for wedding parties, mostly Romanian traditional music. We'll try to edit funny sequences using chessy graphics lokking alike the reference weddings moments or scenes as seen on DVD's or tapes.
